On The Move is a developmental movement and yoga studio whose mission is to move you where you’re at. In 2019, we partnered with the owner to help a dream become reality.
Developmental movement is the study of how we learn to move in our first years of life.
About the Logo
The three separate shapes stacked on one another represent the balancing stones often seen in the practice of yoga.
Based on how you look at the logo-mark you can see an adult yogi in a familiar mediation pose, or you can see a full-length icon of baby or toddler.
It is rare to find a logo-mark solution that can align so closely with the diverse services provided.

Collaboration, from Strategy to Signage.
This was one of our most collaborative projects to date. We worked directly with the owner to develop messaging and a business strategy “playbook”.
We also partnered with a videographer/producer, local hand-painted sign artist, and other businesses and creatives.

“Who is it for?”
Because On The Move desired to provide two very different services, it was important to create customer profiles that were individualized both for the developmental movement side, and the adult yoga.
Answering the question, “Who is it for?” is essential when building a brand.
